About the course

This course provides a practical introduction to police, council and EHO visit readiness. Learners will understand who may visit the premises, what officers may ask to see, how staff should behave, and why records such as incident logs, refusals logs, training records, CCTV and food safety documents are important. The course is suitable for frontline staff, supervisors, managers and anyone working in a licensed or hospitality environment. Staff are not expected to become legal experts. The aim is to help them respond professionally, know when to escalate matters, and support the premises in showing responsible management. This is a level 1 CPD qualification. 0.25 CPD Hours
