Customer Service for Licensed Premises Level 1

The NLP Awareness Level 1 CPD Course introduces learners to the basic principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The course explores how people think, communicate, interpret situations and respond to others. Learners will be introduced to key awareness-level concepts such as rapport, perception, positive communication, reframing and ethical use. This course is designed as an introductory awareness course and does not qualify learners to practise NLP professionally or provide therapy. This is a level 1 CPD qualification. 0.5 CPD Hours

This activity equates to 0.5 CPD hours. Certificates are available to download immediately after achieving the required pass mark in the end‑of‑course assessment.
