Managing Sexual Harassment & Unwanted Behaviour (Licensed Premises)

Licensed premises are social environments where alcohol, noise and close interaction can increase the risk of sexual harassment and unwanted behaviour. This behaviour may come from customers, colleagues or other third parties and can have a serious impact on staff wellbeing, confidence and safety. This short CPD course is designed to help staff recognise sexual harassment and unwanted behaviour, understand where boundaries lie, and know how to respond calmly and appropriately. The course focuses on awareness, early intervention and correct reporting, rather than confrontation or enforcement. The training supports licensed premises in meeting their responsibilities to protect staff, promote respectful behaviour and demonstrate responsible management.

On successful completion of this course, learners are awarded a CPD‑recognised certificate. The certificate provides formal evidence of continuing professional development and can be retained for individual CPD records, staff training files, or inspection purposes. This activity equates to 0.25 CPD hours. Certificates are available to download immediately after achieving the required pass mark in the end‑of‑course assessment.
