About the Course

This course is designed to give managers, supervisors, and staff working in pubs, bars, clubs, and hospitality venues the skills and confidence to run a licensed premises responsibly. You’ll learn how to create and apply a Licensed Premises Management Plan that meets legal requirements, supports staff training, and protects customers. The course is structured around the four Licensing Act 2003 objectives — preventing crime, ensuring public safety, preventing nuisance, and protecting children from harm. This is a Level 2 CPD Qualification.
