About the Course

Customer searches are an essential part of keeping licensed premises safe, but they must be carried out lawfully, fairly, and professionally. This CPD course explains the legal framework around searching customers, your rights and responsibilities, and how to apply safe and compliant search practices in your venue. This is a Level 1 course, providing 1 CPD Hour.
