About the course

Essentials of Ice Machine Safety for Licensed Premises is a short online CPD awareness course designed for staff who use, clean, work near or supervise ice machines in licensed premises and hospitality settings. The course covers safe ice handling, correct scoop use, hygiene expectations, common contamination risks, warning signs, cleaning responsibilities and reporting procedures.
