Incident & Refusals Logs – What to Record

Accurate incident and refusals records are a key part of due diligence in licensed premises. This short CPD course explains what should be recorded, why it matters, and how clear records help protect staff, customers and the premises licence. The course takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and includes a short assessment. Successful completion provides evidence of 0.25 CPD hours and a downloadable CPD‑recognised certificate.
